| Welcome to the 2009 7th Annual TriStates 100 "Tour of Miracles". We are looking forward to a fantastic ride on August 22nd, 2009. We appreciate all of the past support, including the riders that stuck with us last year as we were forced to postpone a week due to a tropical storm. We donated a record amount last year of over $20,000 to support the Alabama Children's Hospital. Registration now open via Active. com and be sure to order your 2009 Jersey. Our course is a really fast layout and is perfect for first time century riders, check out our Bicycling Magazine 10 week recommended training plan under course and training tab, or riders looking to set a new PR for 100 miles. During the scenic 100 mile course you will get plenty of miles in Alabama, Georgia and Florida traversing all 3 states. If you don't want to tackle the 100 mile ride, then ride our BiState Metric Century of 62 miles which loops through Florida before returning to Alabama.
